Day Of Coordination isn't a real thing. Once upon a time, weddings were modest affairs. Church’s hosted vows, while banquet halls welcomed guests. This simplicity had its charms, perhaps even its advantages. We believe it's unrealistic to expect a coordinator to arrive on the day of your wedding or even a month beforehand and immediately grasp your vision, not to mention help you bring it to life.
We start working together from the moment you book, usually eight to twelve months before your wedding day. By only offering Partial Planning and Full Planning packages, we can ensure that every detail is covered, giving you your perfect wedding day.
THE TRUTH IS,
Full Planning & Design
From touring the Venue together for the first time, we'll guide you through each step of the planning process, offering personalized recommendations to help you select the right vendors. You'll have unlimited access to us via email, Zoom meetings, phone calls, and text messaging. We'll also schedule bi-weekly meetings to review progress and discuss to-do items.
We'll create custom sketches and 3D renderings to help you visualize your wedding design. This enables us to be able to give you a kind-of virtual tour that will highlight all the key elements, giving you a clear picture of your special day. We'll handle all the details, keeping you updated on the budget, bookings, and progress.
Our paperwork is designed to make planning easy and stress-free. You're in control of your spending and vendor choices, and we'll help you get the most out of your investment.
Typically 11-17% of the wedding’s overall budget – based on size and complexity
PARTIAL PLANNING & Design
We know some clients want a more hands-on approach, so we've created a 'Partial Planning' package by removing certain key planning elements from our 'Full Planning' Package, without compromising on the quality of service we aim to provide.
Here are the 4 key differences: this package includes up to 3 out-of-office days for meetings (not unlimited), though typically no more than 2 days are needed. You'll be in charge of building and maintaining your wedding website, with our guidance to help. We'll assist you in choosing the right printed items for your event (like invitation suites, welcome signs, and table numbers), and review all proofs with you before they're sent to print. However, you'll be responsible for communicating and coordinating with the printing company to design and order everything. Additionally, you'll be in charge of tracking and making payments to your vendors.
Many couples are happy to take on these roles, and for them, Partial Planning is ideal. But if you're overwhelmed by the thought of handling these details, Full Planning might be the better option.
