"We decided fairly last minute (a few weeks before the wedding) to hire a day of coordinator, and we were so happy to have found Cathy! What a life-saver! From the start I knew I was in good hands, as she was able to narrow in on what we had left to get prepped, and took over corresponding with the vendors. She had so many helpful suggestions as we were going through the process. The day of, it was so nice to be able to focus on having fun with my bridesmaids as we prepped for the wedding. Cathy took care of all the set-up, and did such an amazing job. We had a pretty complicated wedding ceremony that involved a chairlift to a mountaintop, and the chairlift happened to breakdown the day of the wedding! Cathy seamlessly arranged an alternate plan and most of my guests didn't even know anything went wrong!
